Booking conditions
The apartment is available at 3.00 pm and must be free within 9:00 am of the departure day.
The apartment is considered as definitely booked after the delivery of a deposit or after our staff receive a postal order.
The prices are in euros, for apartment for week, for the occupation indicated.
General Rules
Price do not include the City Tax introduced by Municipal Administration. This fee must be paid by CASH by the guest.
RENTAL PERIOD:
Minimum of a week from Saturday to Saturday.
RESERVATIONS:
A reservation is only confirmed unpon receipt of a deposit, which must be sent by Bank transfer or postal money order. If the guest cancels the reservation, written notification must be received within 30 days of the expected date of arrival, in this case the deposit will be retained. After this date we will retain the total deposit.
INCLUDED IN PRICE:
Electricity, gas, water, use of crockery, Parkinson and ski room.
NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Can not exceed the number of persons who have been confirmed at the time of reservation.
If the number of guests will be less than that agreed, the price remains unchanged.
SETTLEMENT:
We ask our guests to settle the bill on the second day of stay. A cash deposit of € 100 will be required for the apartament Ru de Mont which will be returned upon departure once the space has been checked by our staff.
On the day of departure we reserve the right to inspect the apartment accompanied by the clients.
All rental contracts are subject to the condition that the clients pay for any damages caused to the property.
DEPARTURE IN ADVANCE OR LATE ARRIVAL:
No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For anyreasons as for example, health and weather conditions, you have a free cancellation until 30 days before the arrival.If the cancellation is made less than a month earlier than the arrival date, the deposit will be lost.
The confirmatory deposit will be returned in the event of commercial activity / border closure by legislative decree issued by the Government.
